As a Customer Experience Specialist/Office Assistant, you are a key member of our team responsible for scheduling our Technicians, following up after jobs are completed to make sure our Customers are completely satisfied, and invoice/collect payments from our Customers. You will build customer relationships and uphold our standard for excellent customer service. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
You have a strong background of customer service experience and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
- Must have good “people skills”
- Must be comfortable selling over the phone
- Must be a self starter
- Duties include answering customer calls, scheduling work, and performing administrative tasks.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous dispatching and/or construction experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with ServiceTitan software a plus
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word a plus
